Get to Know Us

Since 2016, Boone Jenner — Columbus Blue Jackets Captain and Dorchester local — has hosted this complimentary camp for kids in the Dorchester community. Our mission is to help develop the next generation of hockey players in Dorchester while making the experience fun and memorable for everyone involved.

Players will learn hockey fundamentals including proper skating technique, balance, edge control, shooting, passing, puck control, and more.

MAY 26 — Day 1 of Camp

*Players must arrive one hour in advance on day 1 with completed forms.

 

MAY 27 — Day 2 of Camp
5:00–6:00PM, 6:00–7:00PM

 

MAY 28 — Day 3 of Camp
5:00–6:00PM, 6:00–7:00PM
Pizza for players to follow!

Dates & Times.

MAY 26, 27, 28

5-6pm: kids born in 2016
6-7pm: kids born in 2015

*Please arrive one hour earlier on Day 1 for sign in*

Eligibility.

To be eligible to participate, players must:

  • Be born in 2015 or 2016

  • Be registered with Dorchester Hockey for the 2025/2026 season

  • Have a full set of hockey equipment

 

Players will be divided into two age groups based on their birth year. 

​

We will be accepting 30 skaters and 4 goalies from each age group, for a total of 68 participants.
